This systematic review and meta-analysis, conducted according to PRISMA guidelines, included randomized clinical trials and observational studies evaluating changes in high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hsCRP) and interleukin-6 (IL-6). A random-effects model was applied. Tirzepatide significantly reduced hsCRP and IL-6 levels compared with placebo across different doses and study populations.
